Interesting ... even though you posted this ages ago honey, it'd be nice to see a rotary that can be even 10% more fuel efficient and more powerful than the RX8.

Unfortunately I have seen WAYYYY to many "New rotary", "new RX-8", "new RX-7", etc articles to get excited. The renesis, while it was nice to see the revival of the rotary (I have owned 10a, 12a and 13b engined cars before) i dont think had anything terribly ground breaking. I hasve yet to see anything in these "new rotary" articles that show there being anything exciting.

I can't help but wonder how well these eco fuels are gonna go ... 2010 will be interesting.
I'll post my update on this subject then

They'll be good. We can run our cars efficiently on natural gas if we wanted, so why not use Hydrogen?
